Prayer

St. Mary & St. Robert Churches offer many opportunities for individual and shared prayer and contemplation.

ROSARY DEVOTION takes place daily after 7:30 AM Mass, 11:00 AM on Tuesdays, Sundays at 4:00 PM at St. Mary Church, and Thursdays at 11:00 AM at St. Robert Church.  All are invited to attend.

ADORATION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT is held on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 3:00 to 8:15 PM.  Sign-up sheets are available the preceding weekend.  Compline (night prayer) is held at 8:20 PM during Adoration.
 

VESPERS (EVENING PRAYER) is held on Tuesday at 5:45 PM at St. John's Episcopal Church Parish Center in Warehouse Point and on Thursday at St. Mary Church at 5:45 PM.  Contact Frank Borchetta at 860-623-6221 for more information.

CENTERING PRAYER meets on Sunday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 at St. Mary Parish Center and on Wednesdays from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at St. Robert Parish Hall.  Twenty minutes of Centering is followed by Lectio Divina and twenty minutes of contemplative prayer discussion.  Newcomers are warmly welcomed.  Call Mary or Larry Galarneau at 860-623-9132 for information.  For one-on-one instruction please call Nancy Stimac  at 860-683-4490.
