On Saturday, October 28, Archbishop Emeritus Daniel A. Cronin conferred the Sacrament of Confirmation to Fifty nine (59) students from the Mary, Gate of Heaven Parish and sixteen (16) from Marianne Cope parish in East Windsor and Broad Brook.  WHAT A GLORIOUS AND BLESSED DAY FOR OUR CONFIRMATION!


October's Harvest Dinner at St. Robert's Hall was a delicious way to spend an evening!


Once a month Father O'Grady says a special Children's Mass for the First Communion Class.  All are welcome to attend!  Nate, Father O'Grady's dog, always enjoys the Children's Mass because it's the only time he is allowed to attend the liturgy, plus he LOVES the kids!


Tai Chi & Prayer was held at St. Robert Hall on Saturday, July 15, 2017.


On Saturday June 24, 2017 The Catholic Community of Windsor Locks held its annual “Strawberries and Choo Choo BBQ” where 207 were in attendance.


2017 St. Mary / St. Robert / Knights of Columbus Grant recipients Hope Netolicky , Vincent Breda,  Andrew Moskowicz, , Joshua Swider, and  Ben Ouellette with Father O'Grady.

On Sunday, May 7, the parish hosted Sister Cathy Murtha for a program on the unique witness of Mary, Mother of God.  Tea and refreshments accompanied the presentation.


On April 5 the Food & Faith theme was  “From Informed Catholic to Transformed Catholic” - The upward reach of life when weariness closes in upon every endeavor, this is the need for hope in moments of despair. A life of hope, transformed again and again and again. 

Our March 29 Food & Faith evening featured Father Jermiah Murasso,  Ph.D. of Our Lady of Pompeii Church, East Haven, presenting “The Search for Meaning in Our Lives” – Acquiring and preserving a sense of wholeness, purpose and fulfillment in life.




On March 21st fifteen student volunteers from the Windsor Locks High School Life Skill Program used the kitchen at St. Robert Bellarmine Church to bake over thirty-three (33) dozen cookies to help the parish Social Justice Committee prepare dessert for the April shelter meal.  Each month the Catholic Community of Windsor Locks Social Justice Committee volunteers prepare a meal for 75+ homeless men at the ImmaCare Shelter, formerly Immaculate Conception, in Hartford.
